Voices of Gratitude is a global movement born in the heart of the Mars Challenge.
It is not an advertising campaign: it is an act of recognition and action.
Through gratitude, we remember what we have lost – forests, glaciers, time – and what we can still gain: a shared future.
Each voice is a reminder that there is no Planet B, but there is a Better Plan.
Here, we thank those who inspire, educate and fight. But most of all, we thank the youth who stand up and transform gratitude into commitment, innovation and real solutions for Earth and Mars.

En Mars Challenge hemos aprendido que mirar a Marte no es escapar de la Tierra, sino una manera radical de regresar a ella. Cada simulación de supervivencia en el planeta rojo nos recuerda lo frágil que es la vida aquí. Cada reto nos obliga a valorar lo que damos por sentado: el agua, el aire, la energía, la comunidad. Hemos perdido mucho: ecosistemas, certezas, tiempo.

Pero también hemos ganado algo inmenso: la conciencia de que todavía podemos inventar un futuro diferente.

Los jóvenes que participan en Mars Challenge nos lo muestran con cada proyecto: que la creatividad humana es más fuerte que la resignación, y que la gratitud puede ser combustible para la acción.

Voices of Gratitude es esa voz colectiva.

Un movimiento que nace de la juventud global para decir:
gracias por lo que queda, gracias por lo que somos capaces de crear, gracias porque aún hay un planeta al que defender y un cosmos que nos inspira a soñar más allá.

No es un agradecimiento ingenuo.
Es un agradecimiento combativo.
Consciente de que la gratitud no se queda en las palabras: se convierte en compromiso, en innovación, en soluciones reales para la Tierra y para Marte.

Por eso afirmamos: Mars Challenge no es un proyecto más.

In Mars Challenge we have learned that looking at Mars is not an escape from Earth, but a radical way to return to it. Each survival simulation on the red planet reminds us how fragile life is here. Each challenge forces us to value what we take for granted: water, air, energy, community. We have lost so much: ecosystems, certainties, time.

But we have also gained something immense: the awareness that we can still invent a different future.

The young people participating in the Mars Challenge show us with each project: that human creativity is stronger than resignation, and that gratitude can be fuel for action.

Voices of Gratitude is that collective voice.

A movement born from the global youth to say: thank you for what is left, thank you for what we are able to create, thank you because there is still a planet to defend and a cosmos that inspires us to dream beyond.

It is not a naïve thank you.It is a combative gratitude.Aware that gratitude does not remain in words: it becomes commitment, innovation, real solutions for Earth and Mars.

That’s why we say: Mars Challenge is not just another project.It ispart of a Better Plan.
